Sr. Talent Sourcer
Raleigh, NC (hybrid - 2-3 days per week in-office)
6+Month Contract
Qualifications
As a Senior Sales Talent Sourcer you will be a key team member of Client Talent Acquisition’s Sourcing team and a strategic partner to both the business and the rest of the Talent Acquisition team.
You will employ candidate generation techniques including data mining, internal database search and management, external job board search, association networking, and social networking. You will create a positive candidate experience while pre-screening talent to submit to your recruiting partners
