As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist within PNC's Treasury Management Service & Implementations organization, you will be based anywhere within the PNC footprint.

The Business Experience Planning & Admin Specialist will be joining the Employee Center of Excellence team within Treasury Management Service & Implementations. This individual will work cross functionally with many other Treasury Management teams to ensure business readiness and success related to the digital transformation efforts underway to improve our client and employee experiences. The role will be tasked with communications creation and management as well as ongoing strategy and support for business readiness processes.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description

• Provides support and assistance for implementation and/or administrative efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
• Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
• Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
• Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.
• Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
