The Hadri Lab at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the field of epigenetics and DNA repair. Our lab focuses on novel therapies for vascular proliferative diseases and lung fibrosis. Hadri’s lab uses multidisciplinary approaches with an array of techniques that includes gene target therapy, 3D confocal microscopy, and mutiomics analysis by combining different “omics”: genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, as well as mouse models to investigate the role of the epigenetic regulation of DNA repair genes in pulmonary cells to advance next-generation therapeutics. We currently have a funded project centered around studying the SIN3a and SWI/SNF epigenetic complexes and associated pathways.
