This role will ensure that all food prepared meets the highest quality standards and follows all SOP's and company practices. 

You will ...

• Perform cold food prep (chopping, slicing, portioning)
• Sticker, construct, and organize packaging materials
• Follow GMP policies

Your qualities....

• Positive attitude
• Ability to visually inspect components
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing in English, effectively and professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization
• Time management and ability to prioritize effectively
• Understand the role of kitchen associates within the organization
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic mathematics and computer skills (data entry, email)
• Legible handwriting
• Dependability

You are....

• Willing and able to work entire schedule as we cannot accommodate partial shifts or early/late arrivals
• Must be able to count and have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions)
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old

At a minimum, you have…

• 6+ months of food prep and sanitation experience
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math
• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.

You’ll get…

• $500 sign on bonus
• $1000 bonus after 6 weeks' of continued employment
• $18.25/hr. starting rate; $19.25/hr after 30 days plus $1.50/hr shift differential for hours worked after 6PM M-F and $2.00/hr shift differential for hours worked after 6PM on Saturday and Sunday.
