Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Analyst 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies to help guide business strategy and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and build integrations with other business tools/applications to optimize processes.
• Analyze client’s business, systems, and workflow processes and come up with solutions that meet customer’s needs.
• Continuous documentation for application configuration, customization, and integration.
• Coordinate and execute testing with end users to ensure successful implementation.
• Build reports and dashboards for end users and management.
• Develop custom forms, pages, and workflow designs.
• Develop, and automate data feeds using scripting languages into and out of the application(s).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop ideal business processes and automate manual work.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on advanced analytics, reporting and business insights.
• Basic understanding of using ML algorithms to solve real business problems.
• 1+ years of experience using Python.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data analysis tools and languages.
• Working knowledge of database management systems.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented with an inquisitive ability for problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work independently and take initiative on assigned projects.
• Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
