We're currently expanding our team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter dedicated to finding and nurturing the best talent in home health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and hire top-notch Home Care Aides, Personal Care Aides & Office Personnel.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies and maintain compliance with recruitment standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with local entities and potential candidates to grow our brand presence.
• Provide collaborative support in recruitment processes, orientations, and various events, including job fairs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Care/Health Care recruitment.
• Full-cycle recruitment expertise, including sourcing, resume evaluation, and interview processes.
• Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in technology applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Bilingual abilities are a significant plus.
