Field Effectiveness is responsible for ensuring the best associate experience ever by developing and implementing communications to support business product and campaign launches, events and initiatives. We love telling stories and bringing heart to our communications work, including our customer communications. 

We have a bias toward action, we’re resourceful and self-motivated, and we’re passionate about supporting our Sales Organization.  We have a team of Sales, Customer Growth, and Customer Development professionals across the country that support Businesses and their Payment needs. 

The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communications skills along with an expertise in relationship-building, and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing communications strategies to support our internal client needs across all communications channels, including customer facing communications.

• Copywriting and designing for both employee and customer-facing communications materials to adapt mass media Marketing campaigns for Field Sales Associate customer-facing materials across multiple channels.

• Working with partner teams to create talking points, emails and written materials for news, updates and information, including Field Optimization, Marketing, Underwriting, Risk, Tech, Design and other lines of business across Capital One.

• Supporting communications for events including Town Halls, Team Meetings, and Strategic Client Development events, and others.

• Developing and planning a range of Field team communications, and helping to manage the flow of communications traffic through internal processes.

• Implementing processes and procedures to enable efficient, cross-functional, multi-site work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

• At least 3 years of experience in communications or marketing 

• At least 2 years of experience in multi-channel copywriting and design

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in financial services or retail industries

• 1+ years of Social or Interactive channel content development experience

• 1+ years Video Recording or Editing experience

• 1+ years of Adobe Graphic Design experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
