A Day in the Life

Lead the GO&SC PMO Finance Team

This position reports to the Sr Director of Finance within the Global Operations and Supply Chain Strategy Finance organization responsible for supporting the PMO, Quality, and Sterilization Organizations.  This role will lead the PMO finance team focused on business partnering, financial planning, and analysis for network design projects in execution.  This role partners broadly with teams across GO&SC finance (Manufacturing Platforms, Controllership, Network Design,  FP&A, Etc.)

Key may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Primary business partner to the PMO leader supporting the broad PMO organization
• Lead a team with 3 direct reports supporting all aspects of Project Financial Management
• Forecast and track these significant strategic investments across multiple fiscal years while escalating and driving resolution of issues/opportunities as they arise
• Critical thinking and analysis required to challenge cost and savings assumptions and operational alternatives
• Build relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure collaboration
• Incorporating lessons learned into the transfer/integration playbooks
• Drive continuous improvement and enhancements of financial processes and reporting to create efficiencies, as well as meet the needs of leadership & stakeholders

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and change management
• Active team member that will implement change, improve visibility, and drive impactful results across the GO&SC organization
• Demonstrated business partnership collaboration and decision support
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Exposure to Operations and/or accounting for Operations and Projects
• Experience with Planisware, SAP, OneStream
• Solid accounting (GAAP), financial and business management foundation
• Experience in navigating and working within a matrix organization
