Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Everett, WA!

The selected individual will provide contracting knowledge including, but not limited to, negotiating, and driving all aspects of contracting activities  in support of BCA programs. Primary duties include managing internal and external relationships with suppliers and internal partners, negotiating cost, terms & conditions, and adherence to affordability and financial goals and objectives.

The individual will also maintain supplier contracts and statements of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Some travel may be required for this position (approximately 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required).

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.

• Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.

• Prepares and performs negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

• Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.

• Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

• Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

• Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• 5+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's Degree or higher or commensurate experience

• 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and performing complex contracts and subcontracts

• 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans

• 5+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts

• 5+ years of experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and mentoring to, procurement process lifecycle

Summary pay range: $107,500-$125,500
