<p>Come join the new Vestas Blades Process Engineering organization. This organization is characterized as a co-located & process engineering team focused on developing and supporting the rest of the organization with subject matter experts (SMEs). An organization that embeds engineering skills directly into the manufacturing value stream and enables faster decision-making and deeper process ownership and Knowledge. It all builds on a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.</p>
<p>The Bonding Blades Tooling department is responsible for tooling development, requirements and specifications. The function will also support the supplier management and development. Service and maintenance strategy, is also within their scope together with OOE and TPM.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, and optimizing tools for the Bonding processes. Tool development, Tooling requirements and specifications</li>
<li>Create tooling and supplier roadmap via analysis of AS IS and future state</li>
<li>Supplier management, CAPEX Budget and Tool Delivery (TPM)</li>
<li>Service and maintenance strategy including EAM</li>
<li>Use digital tools like digital twins and data analytics to improve performance and make data-driven decisions</li>
<li>Investigating and solving production issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and FMEA</li>
<li>Applying continuous improvement principles using quality tools like Statistical Process Control (SPC), Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>About 10 years of experience in similar roles as described above</li>
<li>Having a knowledge and experience within Tool development, Tools functional requirements specification, Leading tooling projects</li>
<li>University degree in Master Mechanical Engineering or alike</li>
<li>GB Six Sigma or Advance Manufacturing Process Analysis</li>
<li>Fluent English level</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of how the manufacturing processes can be automized for the benefit of the product quality</li>
<li>You are interested and willing to spend time in the factory environment as required to understand and solve problems</li>
<li>Know Kaizen methodologies as a tool to reduce waste and improve efficiency</li>
<li>You can be an engaged part of cross functional product development projects</li>
<li>You are self-motivated; result-oriented and possess great organizational discipline</li>
<li>You are customer-oriented and can understand the complete business value chain seen from a customer perspective</li>

<p>Primary work location will be factory in <strong>Goleniów, Poland</strong>.
