Vans: Analyst, Global Pricing and Profitability

As the Global Product Pricing & Profitability Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for directly supporting & executing the global product pricing strategy, process, tools, costing, margin management all tied to fiscal targets. This role works closely with Global Product Management, Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams to cascade pricing tools to gain alignment on pricing architecture and logic. This is a global analyst role responsible for monitoring and managing pricing, costing and profit througout the product creation and go-to-market cycle to achieve gross margin business requirements.

How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with product & finance teams to formulate well-informed pricing strategies that align with financial objectives and market dynamics.
- Work cross-functionally with product design, development and sourcing teams to support competitive costing.
- Analyze historical financial data, cost structures, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations for pricing decisions.
- Create financial models to assess the financial impact of various pricing scenarios on revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Assess margin and pricing analysis and support business initiatives of the product management team.
- Consult with global and regional teams to align pricing logic and architecture.
How you will do it:
- Collaborate and work closely with Product Managemnet, Development, Finance and Regional teams in building seasonal price architecture and logic to support fiscal plans.
- Play a key role to enhance collaborative and cooperative connections across global and regional teams.
- Inform assortment strategies, financially and strategically, with the aligned goal to support decision making on product creation calendar by enabling cost, price & margin tracking.
What success looks like:
- You will be a key contributor to the Global product team to fuel our plans to develop a product line that supports weighted and gross margin targets.
- Be the go-to person for all pricing/profit queries global and regional teams.
- Identify opportunities and risks within the product creation process to refine tools, process and communication.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-3 years
Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
