OLV Dishwasher

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking all items brought to the dish area according to Oliveto policies and performance standards to maximize guest satisfaction and quality of work environment, preparing, cooking food to OIB SOP

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following represent the majority of the duties performed by the position, but are not meant to be all inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. The duties identified below with an “*” have been determined to be essential functions of the position.

1. Cleans and sanitizes all items brought to the dish area.
2. Returns clean dishes, tumblers, pans, crocks, buckets and utensils to their proper place.
3. Returns clean dishes to their proper place.
4. Removes the full bus tubs of dirty dishes front the pizza, sauté, and bar areas and replaces them with clean tubs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

To be on their feet continuously during their shift.

Contact with soapy water and sanitizing solutions.

Complete flexibility of hands and arms.

Working on floors that may have grease and/or water on them.

Lifting moving heavy loads.

Renders all services of guests with special care and attention to sanitation, hygiene, health sand safety.

Punctual, regular and reliable attendance.

Operate equipment that contains hot oil.
