UIUX Designer

This is a remote position.

• Lead the UI/UX design for various mobile and web applications, from concept to delivery.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience.
  
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
  
• Work with clients to understand their business goals and user needs, and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
  
• Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to clients, stakeholders, and team members through sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.
  
• Use tools like Figma, Zeplin, AdobeXD and other design and prototyping tools to create high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes.
  
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
  
• Use agile and scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of design solutions that meet business and user needs.
  
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the design process and outcomes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
  
• 1-2 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  
• Portfolio of design projects
  
• Experience in Figma, Zeplin, AdobeXD and other design and prototyping tools
  
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  
• Good time-management skills
