What are we looking for?
The Sr. Director, Global Strategic Programs and Initiatives, is an experienced cross-functional marketer focused on developing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that fuel opportunity creation/progression and pipeline growth. With a balanced approach that considers both short-term and long-term goals, this role will deliver and maintain a measurable framework to ensure the scalability and effectiveness of programs globally across all regions.
Reporting to the Vice President, Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing, this software marketing leader has deep working insights into the cross-functional needs of demand and revenue teams and the experience needed to address such needs with a modern, proven approach. This marketer has an in-depth knowledge of identifying and engaging prospects and orchestrating data-driven, multi-channel, multi-touch buyer’s journey that scale to meet the needs of a rapidly growing organization.
This highly cross-functional role works closely across all marketing, business development, and sales functions. The position requires a person with a passion for technology and operational rigor, who thinks holistically and strategically, is a self-enabler with an entrepreneurial spirit, fosters and empowers relationships across teams, and is excited to work in a dynamic environment.
What will you do?
- Champion, implement, and manage the execution of innovative, strategic programs that directly support the company’s growth goals and overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional marketing and sales partners in the development and execution of the processes, procedures, and deliverables required to execute world-class campaigns and programs that directly influence pipeline and opportunity creation
- Routinely report the results of current efforts to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain self-service reports and calendars to keep key stakeholders current on plans, deliverables, and schedules.
- Develop an integrated marketing program playbook to ensure programs are scalable and consistent.
- Oversees relationships with sales, partners, and marketing to ensure the creation of high-quality MQLs and SQLs using a mix of marketing programs, activities, and events across global programs.
- Evaluate and develop best practices to accelerate team growth and learning.
- Measure and optimize based on critical KPIs and metrics
- Build and manage a distributed team capable of delivering stated results.
