Work you’ll do

• Provide expert advice and insights on DMV processes, regulations, and systems, with a focus on IT projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their DMV-related needs and challenges, particularly in the context of IT systems and solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve DMV operations, compliance, and IT infrastructure.
• Conduct assessments and audits of DMV IT processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of DMV-related IT projects and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in DMV regulations, industry trends, and advancements in IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation related to DMV IT projects.
• Train and mentor team members on DMV-related topics, best practices, and IT solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
• Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships
• Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
• Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives
• Manage project(s) financials including development of financial plans
• Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
• Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities and provide input and guidance into the staffing process

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience in IT consulting and/or Department of Motor Vehicles industry experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Travel up to 50%
