Work you’ll do
- Provide expert advice and insights on DMV processes, regulations, and systems, with a focus on IT projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their DMV-related needs and challenges, particularly in the context of IT systems and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve DMV operations, compliance, and IT infrastructure.
- Conduct assessments and audits of DMV IT processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of DMV-related IT projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in DMV regulations, industry trends, and advancements in IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation related to DMV IT projects.
- Train and mentor team members on DMV-related topics, best practices, and IT solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
- Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships
- Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
- Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives
- Manage project(s) financials including development of financial plans
- Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
- Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities and provide input and guidance into the staffing process

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience in IT consulting and/or Department of Motor Vehicles industry experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Travel up to 50%
