What this role is:
A senior level HR business partner role where you will be challenged to bring people solutions to business problems, putting your client at the center. You will guide senior leaders to be better and engage their teams to deliver the best customer experience SaaS products on the planet. You will work closely with the leadership teams of our Product organization to understand their strategic needs. Then you will work with our matrixed and global HR team of HRBPs and members from talent, compensation, HR operations, and talent acquisition to design and deliver relevant results. You will work to implement workforce strategies, ensuring engagement, all while navigating dynamic & agile teams. You will help deliver the employee experience at scale with your global team and much more!
What this role isn’t:
This isn’t an admin or compliance role. We are looking for a thoughtful human resources business partner experienced in creatively addressing business issues with leaders related to employee engagement and our people strategy.
What you’ll bring to the table:
We are looking for someone with a true global perspective – although US-headquartered, we have more employees internationally than domestically. You must have international human resources experience, be technically adept at your craft, and possess fantastic people skills. We need someone to lead, listen and partner, consider the issues at hand, and connect the dots at scale.
Some details about what you’ll do:
Collaborate with leaders to understand their business and talent challenges
Supports leaders through challenges and guide to HR best practices
Partner with business executive leaders to communicate and implement the global people programs
Partner with leaders to communicate and implement the HR philosophy, vision, and strategy
Work as part of a dynamic HR team and partner with your peers to develop industry leading people solutions to global problems and transform HR
Create and use data analytics to provide insights and make decisions
Facilitate employee engagement activities through periods of significant change
Various other projects, as required
Minimum requirements:
You should have a degree. But we value experience more. A lot of it. You will need at least 7 years of progressive HR Partner experience in a global organization
Experience implementing programs, supporting change, developing inorganic growth, or guiding transformation
You must be a good communicator, partner, one who can affect or sway and be committed to agile customer service
Advanced analytical skills, deep understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, and HR information systems
Experience with M&A due diligence and integration
Personable, sense of humor, pleasant to work with
Prior public company experience is a plus
Ability to travel to key Genesys offices, as needed, and manage across various time zones. Our teams are in Canada, Ireland, Hungary, India, Israel, and others
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$115,850.00 - $227,350.00Benefits:
