Are you a creative, detail-driven marketer who loves bringing campaigns to life across email and SMS? We’re looking for a high-energy Lifestyle Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.

In this role, you’ll own and execute marketing campaigns across 15+ home inspection and home services brands using HubSpot. You’ll craft and optimize email and SMS workflows that speak directly to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, and Homeowners, delivering the right message at the right time to drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the power of CRM and marketing apps to reach our core audiences, Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, and Home Owners, at the right time.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns (email and SMS drip, transactional, and mass campaigns) to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales.
  • Bring best-in-class practices to optimize send times, deliverability, compliance, and inbox performance across ISPs.
  • Manage lists, audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, and A/B tests.
  • Write and design content for emails and SMS.
  • Proofread and QA content to ensure 100% error-free execution.
  • Perform extensive research and analysis of competitor programs to identify key areas of opportunity relating to targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing.
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align email and automation initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Proactively bring new tools, tactics, and frameworks that can be tested and scaled across brands.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience:

  • Proven experience in email and lifecycle marketing.
  • Expert in email marketing platforms and proven experience in creating engaging email campaigns. Portfolio of email and multichannel campaigns required, including performance metrics and segmentation strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub (or comparable CRM), including workflows, lists, sequences, and reporting. Must have experience building and troubleshooting email automations in-platform.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality control, and following brand and compliance standards in every execution. Proven track record of using checklists and QA processes to prevent errors before deployment.
  • Relentless focus on performance, with a track record of A/B testing, interpreting results, and proactively iterating campaigns based on data, without waiting to be asked. Brings insights to the team regularly and adjusts strategy to improve ROI and lead quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), campaign checklists, and feedback loops. Comfortable working within a structured, fast-paced marketing ops environment
  • Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple brands, business units, or franchise systems with distinct positioning, audiences, and schedules.
  • Ability to document digital marketing strategies, processes, and best practices for easy replication and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience utilizing the Google suite: Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google
