Restaurant Supervisor, Emeril's Kitchen (Caesars New Orleans)

<p>The Restaurant Supervisor at Emeril's Kitchen creates the extraordinary for our guests and team members with direct oversight of the restaurant operations</p> <ul><li>Responsible for the service operations of the Restaurant</li><li>Able to build a team that creates a memorable fine dining experience for each guest every time</li><li>Ensuring consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in areas of responsibility.</li><li>Implementing training programs that ensure high quality service</li><li>Providing adequate training and tools for employees</li><li>Ensuring all areas are kept clean and in proper condition</li><li>Scheduling of employees to ensure the highest possible level of service</li><li>Supervising the front of the house employees in respective food outlets</li><li>Maintaining proper employee/employer relations</li><li>Reports department activity regularly.
