Summary
Our Performance Transformation team works closely with our health system partners and within Hummingbird on specific optimization projects that improve patient access outcomes. In your permanent role with Hummingbird, you'll move from project to project creating tech-enabled, innovative results in collaboration with your project team and customer partners.We're looking for people with experience in IT or patient access operations who have led or participated in large-scale patient access improvement initiatives in health systems using Epic.

Responsibilities
Here are roles we're regularly hiring on the Performance Transformation team:
As an Engagement Leader at Hummingbird, you will manage project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, oversee and guide project teams, and enhance sales expansion opportunities. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare system stakeholders, taking a proactive approach to identifying client needs, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering value.
As an Epic Architect at Hummingbird, you'll play a crucial role in improving healthcare by enhancing patient access. You’ll manage the client relationship and lifecycle on their journey to Operate. You'll lead projects and engagements, overseeing cross-functional workstreams and ensuring successful implementation from planning to execution. Working closely with clients, you'll assess their workflows, develop comprehensive recommendations, and supervise project plans. Additionally, you'll mentor consulting teams, support playbook development, and champion innovation within the organization. Your expertise in Epic systems and healthcare operations will enable you to lead project scoping activities, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and successful project outcomes.
As a Strategic Operations Consultant or Strategic Epic Consultant at Hummingbird, you'll be instrumental in enhancing patient access within healthcare. Working closely with clients, you'll lead small engagements or workstreams within larger projects, actively creating and managing project plans. Your role involves growing your engagement leadership skills as you collaborate with teams to implement improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in developing recommendations, supporting project execution, and fostering innovation within the organization. For Strategic Epic Consultants, your expertise in Epic systems and healthcare operations will enable you to facilitate project scoping activities, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and successful project outcomes.
As a Sr. Operations Consultant or Sr. Epic Consultant at Hummingbird, you'll play a vital role in executing project tasks and deliverables client projects. You'll coordinate project delivery activities within your workstream and across workstreams, ensuring alignment with other projects and dependencies for successful engagement outcomes. You will work closely with clients and Hummingbird leaders to prepare for optimizations and manage risks and change effectively.
Compensation varies based on role and experience.
Benefits are included for all employees working 30 hours per week or more.
Travel is 25-35% for client visits, training, and company events.
This position is remote. You must work from a location within the United States with consistent internet service.
Required & Desired Skills
