Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our growing team. As a Software Engineer (with Dynamics 365) you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform to meet the business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including off-shore, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

What's the job?

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including configuration, extensions, and integrations, to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Design and implement customizations and enhancements using Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, views, reports, and dashboards within Dynamics 365.
• Perform data migration, data transformation, and data integration tasks using Dynamics 365 tools and third-party integration platforms.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within Dynamics 365 applications.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions and capabilities.
• Working within a Product Team following an Agile Methodology

What you'll bring

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customizing for at least one of the following:
  • Finance & Operations
  • Supply Chain Management
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 plug-ins (e.g. Power Apps) and custom workflows
• Azure Integrations Services (e.g. Logic App, Function App)
• MS SQL Server Reporting Services and MS SQL Server Integration Services
• Programming: X++, C#, ASP .Net, XML, SQL
• Pipeline/Source Control Systems: Azure DevOps/Visal Studio 2010+, Gitlab CI/CD
• Tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Office 365
