What you’ll do

• Financial Portfolio Planning
• Financial forecast for Delivery Units
• Aligning with the IT managers on forecast or any changes of financial planning
• Operational tasks which are financial portfolio related and active collaboration across teams within and organization within internal CPIT
• Create and present the finances to senior management
• Travel request handling and support for the team and management, travel expense handling for selected managers
• Creation and tracking of purchasing approval requests (spend council, GPO Exception)
• Supporting external workforce financial operations

 
What you bring

• At least 3+ years of work experience in Finance, Controlling, Financial or Accounting area
• Advanced skills in BW & ISP
• Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
• Flexible mindset to support the tasks and projects of priority
• Strong communication and networking skills; comfortable engaging with colleagues and leadership
• Willingness to handle routine tasks like system maintenance
• Flexible and responsive to short-term changes and ad hoc requests
• Open to leading cross-organizational portfolio-related projects
• Proficiency with Fieldglass or Ariba is a plus

You will be part of the Solution and Portfolio Planning Team and ensure financial excellence and portfolio planning of the Technology Services as well as streamline the financial process.
