Through products such as silos, grain drying and moving equipment, and connected controllers to improve animal welfare, the company’s mission is to provide smart solutions to ensure sustainable agriculture.
The North America team is currently looking for an IT Senior Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team in our Paris, IL, facility. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Networking, or Microsoft 365 administration. This role will involve providing high-level support, driving IT projects, and contributing to the improvement of IT infrastructure and security across the organization.
Your Impact
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for both on-site and remote users, and lead troubleshooting efforts
- Implement and manage security policies, tools, and procedures; monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents; and conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to protect company data
- Manage and optimize LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, VPN solutions, and Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Lead IT projects and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and user experience
- Maintain detailed documentation of systems, procedures, and resolutions, and provide regular reporting on system performance, security incidents, and project status
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6–8 years of relevant IT experience with a focus on Cybersecurity, Networking, or Microsoft 365
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure
- Strong experience with network protocols, security frameworks, or Microsoft 365 administration
- Certifications in Cybersecurity, Networking, and Microsoft 365 are a plus
Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $75,000 - $85,000, plus a 7%
