We are looking for a dynamic Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Wage: $17.20 (The rate of pay and pay scale provided for this position are based on title and geographical location). Full Range Scale $17.20-18.15 per hour
Flexible Schedule 20hrs a week.

Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our Washington Supported Living program, providing essential office and administrative support.
"Supported living" means instruction, supports, and services provided by service providers to clients living in homes that are owned, rented, or leased by the client or their legal representative. This role falls into the category of client services which means instruction and support services that service providers are responsible to provide as identified in the client’s individual support plan. Your work will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, helping them live independently in their own homes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational
- Receive, sort, file and retrieves forms, correspondence and documents.
- Verifies discrepancies and correct discrepancies.
- Process documents; update and maintain files and records.
- Process and distribute confidential documents.
- Establish and maintain complex filing systems.
- Monitor visitor access.
- Maintain regular communication with supervisor.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determining purpose, and forwarding to appropriate personnel or department.
Recordkeeping
- File and archive financial documents according to SL Start financial management policy.

- Complete Basic Orientation and attend other in-service training as recommended.
