Lifeguard -Seasonal (Tropicana Atlantic City)

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for assuring safety of all guests while using the pool and surrounding area
• Responsible for enforcing pool regulations and safety guidelines
• Participate in Pool rescues if needed
• Maintains accurate pool water testing records
• Maintains attentive and positive demeanor assists guests as needed
• Provides Family Styles Service at all times
• May performs other duties as assigned

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• None

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity preferred.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Must possess Red Cross senior Lifesaving certificate at all times

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Must have good communication skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$16.00-$18.00 per hour
