Seeking a Field Service Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in the Bay Area, CA.

- Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay: $100k-120k annually based on experience.
Job Responsibilities for Field Service Manager:
- Manage field service personnel for pump repair, maintenance and installation
- Plan and oversee product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical assistance and on-site support for products and equipment.
- Ensure products function properly
- Maximize uptime
- 5 Plus years of relevant field service management experience
- Experience managing pump repair team is highly preferred
- Certified Field Service Manager (CFSM) Certification highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
