HVAC Experienced Installer with Signing Bonus

Description

The HVAC Install Lead oversees/performs the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company specifications. As the lead installer you are the leader of your installation team. You will work hands-on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. It is your job to make sure the installation is done properly and safely, all while providing excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of at least one Install Helper 
• You will work hands on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Ensuring complete and accurate forms in job folders
• Oversees the tracking of all unused materials and returning or reusing on another job as applicable
• Oversees the inventory of all truck and warehouse material and product stock
• Maintains safety and quality as a top priority 

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Experience in residential replacement and retrofit HVAC systems is required
• Knowledgeable in local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
• Must display effective communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Be able to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies
• Must provide basic hand tools
• Excellent attention to detail
