The HR Business Partner aligned to support above site org of North America's Quality Supply Chain (QSC) to deliver on Haleon business unit’s people agenda. It will support issues related to talent, culture and engagement, Organizational effectiveness, and performance management.
The role will support the HR business Leader for NA Quality Supply Chain with good awareness of the strategic priorities and alignment of operational activity.
Role Responsibilities
Manage Key people-related projects related to talent, culture, performance management, leadership development and organizational effectiveness, aligned to senior leaders across several global functions
Support NA QSC HR Business Lead on larger, organizational wide initiatives, restructurings, Capability Building programs, etc.
Coach and develop line managers around HR policies, processes and ways of working
Manage the employee lifecycle processes: Integration, Performance Management, Rewards etc.
Help leaders manage changes of people-related activities – driving operational tasks to self-service and operational HR Service centers for execution
Successfully manage progress and track key HR project milestones, deliverable and metrics – aligned to HR Objectives
Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda
Support key annual HR Agendas (Performance & Rewards process, Restructuring processes, Immigration, Employee Relations)
May need occasionally conduct other HR exercises (Immigration management, employee relations, people-related cases or investigations, relocation support, etc)
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related course of study.
5 – 7 years experience in HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Operations or related role within sophisticated HR organization.
Demonstrated ability to unlock value with HR solutions and interventions.
HR Business Partnering and/or supporting a small business unit or function, delivering on the HR agenda within their remit and aligning to the strategy and its needs.
Experience managing HR Projects (Talent, Capability Building, restructuring, Immigration, organizational, cultural, I&D).
Experience with, and strong understanding of, key HR processes (recruitment, objective setting, performance management, talent management, rewards, annual pay processes, recognition, setting metrics, analyses).
Experience working with data to create insight and diagnose future talent risks and opportunities
Experience working with multiple stakeholders within the business and in HR
Preferred Qualifications:
Clear communicator in both oral and written form with both internal departments and external organizations.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of business unit and organization.
Demonstrates ability to take initiative, think and work independently, problem-solve, work effectively in teams, and multitask.
Location: This role is hybrid located in Warren, NJ with in-office requirements of 2-3 times weekly.
