Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience working in finance and/or accounting.
• Experience in team leadership and management.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for financial modeling.
• Knowledge and application of US GAAP (and IFRS) including financial statements, costing, and fixed assets.
• Outstanding analytical skills; proven ability to identify trends, anomalies and conclusions from complex data sets.
• Self-starter, with the ability to lead teams and initiatives globally.
• Strategic and creative thinking capabilities to mediate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and foster harmonious relationships.
• Excellent prioritizing skills to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
• Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

What you will do:

Responsible for providing valuable insights for decision-making by evaluating financial data, developing financial models, preparing annual budgets, and leading the Financial Analysis team to support strategic business initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
• Manage and supervise the Financial Analysis team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Coordinate direct reports to meet deliverables and target dates efficiently.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments

Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze GCC’s financial statements and their impact on business operations.
• Evaluate current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on GCC’s financial statements with actionable conclusions that enable management to implement more effective operational strategies.
• Routinely communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends (historical and forecasted) using appropriate metrics.
• Identify trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic impacts.

Strategic Support & Financial Modeling
• Provides financial decision support to executive leadership and business partners.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis.
• Prepare financial and business-related analysis in areas such as financial performance expense management, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.

Budgeting & Forecasting
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets related to revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Develop accurate forecasting methodologies to improve financial planning.
• Monitor budget variances and provide insights on corrective actions.
