Job Description

As Sales and Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Acquisition Managers in managing the commercial definition and execution of unique projects in the autonomous, electric, and connected automotive space for Progressive Mobility Players. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and coordinate the development activities with a global Bosch development team - in North America, Germany and China.

Bosch Engineering Group’s extensive customer portfolio includes a spectrum of major manufacturers from luxury and sports car segments to commercial vehicles, including highly advanced technical applications.

As a Sales Intern, you will support our Acquisition Team with tasks, such as:

  • Supporting the technical and commercial definition and execution of Electrification/Chassis/ADAS development projects for Mobility customers in North America.
  • Coordination of the technical and commercial activities
  • Breaking down projects into specific work-packages and estimate required effort to define necessary resources and create price indications and quotes for customers.
  • Creation of quotations, tracking of budget, issuing and tracking of invoices, budget planning, process development.
  • Requirements management, project cost and controlling, commercial viability and results of assigned projects.
  • Maintain global list of open items, create and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external meetings.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university with one semester completed
  • Pursuing an engineering or business degree
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office tools
  • Electrical Eng, Mechanical Eng, Computer science, Business Administration, or any other similar degree.
  • Should have interest in Sales tasks

Sharp attention to detail and polished organization skills.

Self-motivated team player with the ability to provide technical solutions built around customer needs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude for presenting topics to all organizational levels.
