The role blends product vision, UX excellence, and data-driven experimentation to improve learner engagement, retention, and completion outcomes. You will define how users discover, consume, and progress through learning content while continuously optimizing the experience through A/B testing and behavioral insights. Working closely with design, engineering, data, and growth teams, you will drive product decisions that directly impact user success and platform monetization.
