About the role
<h3>Company Description</h3><p><strong>The Global Music Projects Specialist works closely with the Global Music Project Manager supporting markets with their music marketing plans for over 100 music events globally. The purpose is to support & direct culture marketing teams in the perfect execution of owned music projects in accordance with our global music strategy.</strong></p><p> </p><p>You'll be the expert when it comes to guarantee the brand standards and quality across all activations and events while protecting Red Bull brand equity. You are also responsible for guidance to develop new music event & content projects/formats in alignment with the Music Media Network team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>IMPLEMENTATION OF GLOBAL MUSIC STRATEGY</strong></p><p>In this role you will be responsible for guiding the global music strategy and principles to operating project teams as well as supporting markets to create reach & awareness further driving brand love for Red Bull. You'll also be accountable to reach excellence in execution in constant alignment and exchange with local teams and also Develop and shape new ideas to reach new consumers.</p><p><strong>FURTHER DRIVE EFFICIENCIES</strong></p><p>You'll further develop & align strategies to drive & improve efficiencies (ticketing, merchandising & partnerships) with our global & local music projects.</p><p><strong>GLOBAL MUSIC CONTENT FORMATS</strong></p><p>Research and innovation input for Global Music Content Formats will also be a part of your role while improving and reviewing existing formats in alignment with the Music Media Network team.</p><p><strong>EVENT REPORTING & INSIGHTS</strong></p><p>In your role you'll be responsible for all events and insights initiatives such as pre-event alignment with operating project teams, reporting of executed events also insights & learnings, post-event debrief process on national and global level and post-event data management.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>University Degree</p><p>Proficient in written and spoken English </p><p>Minimum of 2 years of experience in event/artist/music management</p><p>Previous Experience with Project Management </p><p>Team player, multi-tasker, communicator, open-minded, solution-oriented, innovative and self-motivated with a “can do” attitude and focused on delivering results</p><p>Solid experience in working with production- & creative agencies, artists & managements</p><p>Strong knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month.
