PURPOSE OF POSITION

Drive the inventory control process effectively/consistently and improve the current inventory goals

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform RDT actual physical cycle counts
• Perform root cause analysis where discrepancies are detected
• Comply with all work instructions as determined ISO standards.
• Advise operations team of inventory related issues
• Perform various tasks involving physical inventory adjustments
• Will perform end of line audits of all outgoing product in all functions of the warehouse including the new Service Parts operation, Administrative Returns, and Rework (Repack, Full Trailer, Mixed Pallets, & UPS). 
• Provides internal communication regarding quality defects to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Document all defects clearly and precisely
• Involves having a thorough knowledge of all distribution center functions and procedures.
• Assist in other areas of the distribution center as directed

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required; strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to shift and manage competing priorities and multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• General knowledge of Distribution Center layout
• Proven ability to work safely with above average accuracy
• General knowledge of product catalog numbers and handling characteristics
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible, a self-starter and prioritize
• Experience with WMS, RDT
• Ability to operate the following equipment, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Reach Truck Forklift.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
