Full Time - Day/Evening Shifts

The cardiac catheterization lab at Christiana Hospital specializes in the latest methods for evaluating and treating coronary artery disease. Our cardiologists are among the region’s most experienced in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. Our spacious catheterization labs are equipped with today’s most advanced technology for performing all major cardiac catheterization procedures currently in use, including:
·      Diagnostic catheterization.
·      Balloon angioplasty.
·      Intravascular ultrasound techniques.
·      Peripheral vascular angioplasty.
·      Rotational and directional atherectomy.
·      Stent placement.
·      Cardiac structural interventions

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years from your date of hire.
  • Must have at least two years of nursing experience; cardiac experience required; critical care and ICU experience preferred
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required
