We are currently seeking an Order Operations Analyst to support Order Operations and Sales &Operations Planning activities The person in this role will work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure alignment and data integrity for decision making.

The Role:

• Support the development of analytics and reporting for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Collaborate with other Order Operations Analysts to manage the allocation of vehicles, identifying the detailed steps required to complete each case
• Participate in forecast development and review processes
• Generate weekly and monthly supply plans that meet financial and sales objectives
• Work closely with S&OP, Sales, Product Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics to maximize potential deliveries
• Assist in reconciling demand variances and refining forecasts to improve accuracy
• Work closely with Systems teams to define business requirements for Lucid’s systems; focusing heavily on process automation
• Support a structured and scalable Order Operations program to ensure consistency of all aspects of vehicle orders, including but not limited to ensuring accurate configurations, payments and refunds
• Identify discrepancies and bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency
• Work with Finance and Accounting to support month-end activities
• Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives

You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and purchasing processes and practices
• Strong understanding of SAP Order Management with configurable products
• Experience with S4 HANA and Fiori apps preferred
• Comfort presenting at the Executive level: making recommendations and justifying your decisions
• Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
• Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.   Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
