This position offers a diverse and dynamic nursing experience. You will deliver services in settings such as residential care facilities, behavioral health programs, substance use disorder treatment programs, crisis centers, outpatient clinics, and within the community. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure client needs are met with the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to evaluate client/patient physical and mental health needs.
Develop and implement individualized action plans in coordination with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
Monitor client/patient health status and provide ongoing education for disease prevention and risk reduction.
Administer medications via various methods, ensuring compliance with state regulatory standards.
Provide therapeutic injections and monitor lab levels, collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers as needed.
Manage and coordinate care for acute medical conditions and emergencies, including arranging necessary appointments.
Conduct health education for clients/patients and families, emphasizing medication benefits and compliance.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies.
Oversee infectious disease control measures and support client/patient hygiene and facility health standards.
Demonstrate leadership in addressing client and program needs under the guidance of nursing leadership.
Support organizational goals and foster positive working relationships within the team and with external stakeholders.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
Must be willing to become licensed in additional states as needed
Comfortable and willing to provide telehealth services as required
BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks
Completion of all required training, including New Hire Orientation and Relias
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse, rapidly changing environments and with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises
Physical Requirements:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push
