Regional Service Trainer

Primary Responsibilities

 

• Lead DP training sessions at the regional training site.
• Consult with Crown dealers, branches, and customers to determine service training requirements.
• Recommend, develop, test, and implement service training programs.
• Maintain integrity and quality of DP Service by overseeing all current programs conducted in assigned region.
• Train Service Training Instructors, Skill Checkers, and other trainers to conduct training programs within the region.

 

Qualifications

 

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with five to ten years of prior lift truck service experience.
• Two to three years of service training experience is preferred.
• Must have good computer, organizational, and communication skills and be willing to travel.
