Foreman Laborer - Commercial

Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to keep a commercial construction site running efficiently? Wea re seeking an experienced Foreman Laborer for a large commercial construction project in Sugar Land, Tx. This position is ideal for someone who can lead labor crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise labor crews on an active commercial construction site
• Coordinate daily task and manpower assignments
• Assist with site logistics, material movement, and project support
• Operate equipment such as skid steers and forklifts when needed
• Ensure crews follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
• Monitor productivity and maintain quality standards
• Assist with general labor duties as needed

Requirements:

• 3 plus years of commercial experience
• Previous experience leading labor crews or working as a foreman preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read site plans and follow project schedules
• Experience operating construction equipment is a plus
• Reliable Transportation
• Osha certification isa plus
