What will you be doing?

As a pivotal member of our Salesforce team within Business Excellence, you'll report directly to the Salesforce Product Manager. In this influential role, your primary focus will be to drive and implement strategic Salesforce development, customization, and optimization, ultimately elevating business growth and operational efficiency.

We are in search of an individual with profound Salesforce expertise, robust project management capabilities, and a knack for seamlessly bridging technical and business teams. Your collaborative efforts will span across various business units and implementation teams to ensure alignment between visions and objectives.

As a valued member of our Business Excellence team, your core mission revolves around enhancing company-wide efficiency and spearheading cross-functional projects. Immerse yourself in critical business and technology processes within the Commercial sector, harnessing your analytical and technical prowess to continually nurture improvements.

What we’re looking for in you:

• Analytical Communicator: Confident and analytical thinker with strong English communication skills.
• Experienced App Builder: Over 3 years of progressive Salesforce App Builder experience, skilled in data modelling and complex requirement implementation.
• Platform Expertise: Proficient in leveraging all Salesforce capabilities, including Custom Metadata Types, Custom Permissions, and Flows.
• Certified and Agile: Hold Salesforce certifications like App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant, and excel in deadline-driven, Agile environments.
• Engagement Skills: Proven ability to engage directly with business units, understanding critical processes.
• Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem-solver with a track record of flawless execution.
• Effective Communicator: Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, bridging gaps at all organizational levels.
• Health Innovation Enthusiast: Passionate about health innovation and the industry.
• Team Player with Global Acumen: Collaborative team player with a global perspective, adaptable to remote, dispersed teams.
