About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the South Korea Country Leader at Cloudflare, based in Seoul. We are looking for a dynamic dedicated candidate, preferably with experience of supporting Director, VP level Executives or higher. The candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-speed environment with close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
Your job is to keep our leader organized, prioritized and productive while we grow in the region. This role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests. It also requires the ability to work with team members at all levels, sometimes under pressure. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is important, as is a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is a seasoned EA who understands the value in cultivating relationships and prides themselves in being a career EA.
Responsibilities
- Admin: Provide excellent administrative support to our South Korea leader, exercising high attention to detail and discretion to every matter. Plan, coordinate and execute meeting set-up and events. Provide agendas, detailed data, information and resources to the executive in preparation for meetings. Prepare and manage expense reports etc.
- Calendar: Proactively own and flawlessly execute on our executives' calendar, prioritizing with purpose, deflecting with tact, and understanding both the short and long-term impacts of each confirmed, declined, and rescheduled meeting. Ensure the executives are equipped with all the necessary meeting information and manage inbound and outbound requests.
- Office Management: Handle office administration and support, process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, liaise with Places team and serve as on-site contact for visitors, vendors, customers and business partners
- Travel: Plan all aspects of domestic and international travel, optimizing and balancing executives' time with cost of travel; monitoring flights for up to the minute changes; ensuring all documents are secured and up-to-date.
- Special Projects: Coordinate and organize regional-wide internal events (including our regular All-Hands and Leadership meetings). Support Cloudflare TV sessions for the region
- EA Team: Our EA team has a high degree of camaraderie and so the ideal candidate will enjoy partnering closely with their peers and foster teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant in a high growth environment, prior experience supporting the VP levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, NetSuite, and MS Office Suite
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment
- Incredibly organised and resourceful, able to juggle and multi-task with acute attention to detail and follow through
- Strong sense of urgency and organization
- Ability to manage their own time with limited or no supervision
- A "no task is too small" attitude
- Ability to hit the ground running and take charge of the position will be highly advantageous
- Start-up background is a plus
