Key Responsibilities

• Promptly answer incoming calls using Goettl scripts to schedule service appointments and inform customers about our products and services.
• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to promote services, inform them of current promotions, identify customer needs, and provide solutions.
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience.
• Set up accounts/contracts with new customers.
• Enter detailed notes regarding customer interactions to ensure all scheduling aligns with their expectations.
• Attend ongoing trainings and meetings to stay aligned with all products and services offered by Goettl.
• Understand and communicate services offered.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Route customer calls received at our contact center accordingly based on customer needs.
• Complete all projects as assigned by contact center leadership.
• Provide an amazing experience for your customers on every interaction.
• Stay informed about all marketing campaigns and promotions offered in the marketplace.

Requirements

• Must be 18 year old.
• Able to work weekends AND holidays.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a call center or with MULTI-LINE PHONE.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to type 30+ WPM and navigate through several internet-based applications.
• Excellent attendance, dependability, and punctuality in assigned work schedule.
• Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment
• Ability to pass a drug screen upon offer of employment 

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Ability to speak, hear, read, listen, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
