Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Senior Level Associate in the Finance Group in Westchester County. We are looking for an experienced finance associate with exposure to finance with a minimum of 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in representing lenders, with experience drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit facilities for all asset classes and related documents, including legal opinions.
Candidates should be diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented and possess a strong academic background with superior drafting skills and be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$300,000-$440,000 per year
Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
