For over a decade, our core clinical and support teams have worked side-by-side, delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment that changes lives.</p> <p>As part of the Altior network, you’ll find the stability of an established organization with the heart of a close-knit treatment community where every role matters.</p></div><h3>Job Summary</h3> <p>The Mental Health Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and/or young adults experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary clinical team to support patients throughout a structured treatment episode and into successful aftercare.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</li> <li>Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions.</li> <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, case managers, and clinical staff.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Idaho licensing regulations and ethical standards.</li> <li>Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and adjust care plans as needed.</li> <li>Provide crisis intervention and clinical support when necessary.</li> <li>Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families to support engagement in treatment.</li> <li>Ensure all services align with best practices and Idaho state requirements.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.</li> <li>Active, unrestricted license as one of the following:<br> <ul> <li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)</li> <li>Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)</li> <li>Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly with mental health and/or substance use disorders.</li> <li>Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and
