Position Summary:
Under The direction of the Redbirds Soccer Head Coach, the Technical Specialist will be expected to assure the smooth running of practices and soccer matches throughout the Varsity season. Participate in the smooth running of fitness steps and strength conditioning in sessions on the field and the varsity weight room throughout the Varsity season.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Coach with the season planning of the soccer team.
Assist the Head Coach in overseeing soccer sessions and games
Leads video sessions and team meetings in relation with team building
Leads session and games warm-ups
Create team stats and provide analysis.
Recruiting in Quebec province and scout College RSEQ league
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:
Youth certification and Provincial certification FSQ/CSA level
High level soccer player- Overseas and NCAA/U-sport Level
LSEQ/PLSQ coaching
Level II NCCP certification or equivalent
Prior coaching experience at an elite/competitive level.
