Patient Outreach Specialist

Aluna’s award-winning portable spirometry platform tracks daily lung health, while equipping providers with real-time, accurate data. Patients can now take control of their lung health, while providers have the opportunity to deliver higher-quality care, propelled by accurate remote monitoring.
We are seeking a Patient Outreach Specialist to call and educate patients with chronic lung conditions about the benefits of Aluna. This position will work closely with the Customer Success Team to support Aluna providers in educating their patients. 
You will be responsible for: Calling and educating 50+ patients each dayContacting and qualifying potential patientsScheduling follow-up callsTracking daily activities and results
