In this role, you are responsible for the daily clinical and operational oversight of assigned programs. You will plan, organize, staff, and direct client care while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality improvement standards. Through active supervision, collaboration, and direct service delivery, you will promote integrated, recovery-oriented care.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective service delivery for clients
· Facilitate weekly clinical case staffings, team meetings, and diagnostic disposition meetings
· Deliver direct clinical services, including intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy as needed
· Supervise and support team members through regular clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback
· Monitor documentation, progress notes, and client records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
· Coordinate and collaborate with community partners and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care
· Develop and manage program schedules to meet client needs while respecting client rights and responsibilities
· Oversee service delivery metrics, ensuring appropriate frequency, intensity, and clinical justification of services
· Participate in budget oversight, service utilization review, and quarterly fiscal projections in collaboration with leadership
· Respond to crisis situations and ensure proper incident reporting and follow-up
· Support quality management initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and program evaluations
· Ensure policies and procedures are followed and recommend improvements as appropriate
· Assist leadership with reports, quality indicators, and strategic initiatives
· Ensure appropriate staffing coverage, approve time-off requests, and arrange coverage as needed
Supervisory Requirements:
· Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage team participation
· Provide leadership and guidance across all aspects of the department
· Monitor and support the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives
· Foster collaboration and involve team members in achieving departmental goals
· Communicate changes and important updates effectively and timely
· Address difficult team member situations with professionalism, discretion, and HR collaboration
· Champion change and manage the implementation of new initiatives
· Reinforce a team-based approach and solicit input from team members at all levels
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience
