E-Commerce Specialist (Business Success)

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Analyze the workflow and integration between the systems and look for opportunities for improvement
• Communicate directly with solution providers to improve and/or solve complex technical issues
• Respond to Jira tickets and (IT ticketing System) to solve and define technical issues with VTEX , Autostore & B1.
• Create and manage internal user guides for VTEX, Autostore & B1
• Optimize site functionality and navigation to enhance user experience leading to increased conversion rates
• Identify and analyze customer behavior trends, sales data, website traffic using Google Analytics to broaden business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with overall sales goals
• Partner with the customer support team to address issues and improve the overall customer experience

Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
• IT knowledge, especially front-end and back-end e-commerce systems
• At least 4-5 years of relevant IT/e-commerce experience preferred
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify,) and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other metrics platform preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri

Salary Range: $76,650 - 97,950
