Procurement Analyst

Overview

Procurement Analyst:

 

Bowhead is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the PEO C3N contract located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Procurement Analyst will work within multiple groups and the PMs to integrate application capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with capturing SW license requirements for annual procurement and workflow automation within ServiceNow or similar platforms Collaborate with PMs to streamline the documentation and tracking of HW/SW assets and matrix support
• Assist in developing and maintaining configuration management and support agreement databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide configuration management engineering in multiple CS component area for C5ISR systems
• Apply data analysis skills to identify opportunities for improving data structures and integration processes.
• Scrutinize a data set; identify and evaluate data anomalies, missing data, what doesn't add up and complete data refinement
• Develop business process workflows; develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap outlining the evolution and enhancement of configuration management capabilities
• Participate in Configuration Control Boards and other relevant forums

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university preferred Engineering, Business or Computer Science and 5 years of experience performing similar duties in a DoD environment; will consider additional experience in lieu of education

• MS Excel experience mid/ advanced level

• Excellent Communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Can work independently

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. Commensurate with experience.

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
