About the role

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor

20 hours per week.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Perth Time).

Focus: Building and maintaining a contact database to support real estate operations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Contact Data Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling, maintaining, and managing a comprehensive database of contacts for a real estate agency. This role requires strong research, organizational, and database management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Compile and maintain a robust database of contacts for real estate purposes.
Research and gather data from various online and offline sources.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
Update and clean existing databases regularly.
Identify and add potential new contacts to the database.

Requirements

Proficiency in database software.

Strong research and data-gathering skills.

Experience with data entry and database management.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with REX software is preferred but not mandatory.
