Northgate Ford is looking for a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, high-volume Service Department! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in customer service, and is eager to grow within a top-tier dealership.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and service team, responsible for:

Selling repairs, maintenance services, and related products

Handling warranty concerns and service recommendations

Assisting customers in person and over the phone

Delivering an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and enthusiasm

Do You Have What It Takes?
We’re looking for motivated individuals with:

1+ year(s) of current or recent automotive service advising

Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent communication skills

A customer-first mindset and team-oriented attitude

Computer proficiency (experience with CDK is a plus—training available)

A high school diploma (college coursework is a plus)

Satisfactory employment references and the ability to pass a background check
