Management and Program Analyst (Finance Analyst)

To qualify for this position at the FG-13 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques in order to plan, schedule and conduct studies and analyses of management functions or programs, identify, consider and resolve issues on the status of programs and activities carried out by the organization.
